Ok well the best thing for a saltwater tank filtration wise would be a big sump full of LR but that's just my opinion.

I don't understand why you would want such a large tank for a pair of clowns. you could do the same in a 40 gal. for much less money and work. seems that it would be a pretty boring tank even with a goby or two.
