Wrapping up my plywood tank build.

Stands next, but where I REALLY want to put my tank/stand - there's a height difference in concrete. BUT - the 2 ends of the stands where the legs go - are even.

I'm thinking of a stand like this:

But obviously on a MUCH larger scale. 40" wide x 84" long.
In the middle, I was thinking about running a BUNCH of 2x6s "long" ways (and standing up right) with the tank to keep the middle supported. The tank will rest on these, or on plywood in between the 2x6s and the tank.

For the legs, I was thinking a huge bulk of 2x4s. Maybe 4 4x4s for each "leg". 4 legs total.

The braces between each leg will be elevated like this (picture above) since they can't run flat on the ground like almost EVERY other stand out there (due to my concrete problems)

Can't modify the concrete in my garage - I'm renting.

The stand will be short. No more than 20" tall. I don't like tall tanks. Especially if I have to reach in there to fix stuff that big cichlids are moving around.
No sumps are going underneath it.

Yay or nay?
