At the risk of getting flamed by our CA/SA cichlid keepers, here are some cichlids that I got, as babies, with used setups I've bought. I never took the time to ID the fish properly. They're much larger now.

Forgot to include this little 15 incher. Don't know how I could have missed him. This is the only tank I'm leery about getting my hands near. This is a blue Hoplias malabaricus. He gets some awesome blue highlights throughout his body that wash out with my flash. I'll have to figure out some kind of lighting that I can capture the highlights with. You can see some of the blue in his head and body in one of the head shots. But, it's nowhere near the blue you can see in person.
