I got myself as a present 3 super rare fish, probably doesn't mean much to most people but they are almost unheard of outside of China, and rarely seen in China, and to my pleasant surprise they're very colorful too! I'm soo excited!!!
Your present blew my mind!!

Received my moray, L114 and p. afer this morning. They were packaged very well and were in good shape. They are settling in nicely. Thanks Wes.

Who got the Silurus biwaensis ? Please PM your experience with them. I'm hooked on Silurus now.
Great fish, not picky about food at all. Like to hide, yet, can get very active. Very interesting fish!

I can tell you this, i got them at barely one inch. About 6 wks later, I sold my last one to a close friend, and it was about 7" plus.
It's about 10-12in now. Really appreciate your effort to track down and bring this and many other rare fish to the hobby, Wes!

Thanks for the info! I'm really hoping to find a biwaensis one day (hint, if you ever decide to let yours go) Do you know if the S. glanis has the same kind of rapid growth? Mine sure is growing. I believe he has grown 2 inches in the month I've had him, or thereabouts.
