surface agitation just stirs it into your water change the water more if you dont want it there

i get the same thing in my planted tank... in my case im 99% sure its from the frozen bloodworms... i use a papertowel when it gets real thick.. pulling the filter off my overflow allows it to flow into the sump... im not sure what happens to it after that cuz that sucker filters the hell out of my water...
