hello, this white patch underneath my oscar wasn't here yesterday. may i know what this is and how to treat it? i also noticed a few small patches on it's side.

Looks to be the result of an injury - might have gotten infected.
Check your water parameters - 70% a month in a tank with an Oscar is generally not sufficient, so you may be dealing with issues on the water quality front.

appreciate the reply, how many times a month would you recommend i change the water?

Up it to 70% a week. Oscars are very messy.
