Looks like an injury that could have gotten infected.
You may have to treat with antibiotics, but I’d first suggest keeping the water much cleaner than it is. 20-30% water changes every other week on any Oscar tank is not going to be enough to keep it clean.

Okay, maybe 20-30 % twice a week enough? Where can i get antibiotics? Petstore or vet?

Actually, come to think of it, he was biting his heater a bunch of times out of agitation, i think his heater was in a spot where he didnt like in the front corner of the tank so i moved it. He seems better now. I bet he burned it. That makes sense

Kind of looks like a spot from rubbing against glass. Could be from a heater too.

So treat with antibiotics? Do you think it’s infected?
Clean water and make sure it’s eating. If it’s getting worse then yes.

His eating has slowed down alot, hes only eating when he’s completely starving and when he does eat its usually a few pellets then stops. Wont touch his crickets or meal worms which he always devours

It seems to be getting a lil better over the past couple days because this morning he ate about 15 pellets and yesterday he ate about 19.
