Yellow tangs are nice, Used to have a mad fascination over them when I was starting out in saltwater. I would pick them more for their algae eating habits more so than their colors, I've grown past their colors now.

Make sure you QT as tangs are very prone to ich. (Please correct me if I am wrong as I am about 85% sure on this ;) )

It is a pretty common practice to quarantine tangs. It is not required, but it is a good thing to do.
