so comments on the stock?
which should i introduce first? last?

Toadfish/scorpionfish: orange toadfish = beast
eel: snowflake
grouper: i like the clown grouper, but its a bit pricy and im trying to do this on a budget so if i get a grouper it will take a bit of time
trigger: def. want a black niger, was actually considering a clown for a while, but I've heard too many horror stories.
puffer: trying to decide between porcupine and dogface :/, what would you guys get?
wrasse: i wanted a lunare, but i might decide against it,
maroon clown is cool, would i be able to have a pair?, and how many damsels would I be looking at getting? 5? 10?

lionfish: still not really my taste
tangs larger: could i do a sailfin tang? (veliferum, not desjardini)they're so cool.
angels: meh

and cuc:
which would work and which wouldn't?
50 nass. snails (more? less?)
one of those huge hermits dardanus megisostosomething
and on reef central they suggested blue leg hermits, saying that after a few get eaten, the rest learn to hide during the day, and party at night lol.
conch snail?
cowrie?

I thought your stocking was decent for a 125. Your eventually going to be full but thats in years. I think you should roll with the following. I made a little change..

Orange toad fish-12-14in
Snowflake moray-24-30in
picasso trigger - 12in
dragon wrasse -12in
Dog face puffer- 13
maroon clown fish - mean as piss!

I think this would be a great stock list and an enjoyable tank for a 125.

I hope you live on the ground floor...
90g-120g = 900-1200lbs/water,
+ 160lbs sand...
+ Fish, rocks..

You're looking at half a ton of fishtank..
Not something that old lady downstairs wants falling on her dining room table at thanksgiving...

Very eloquently put my good friend. :D

I have no experience with these triggers, in fact that picture is the first time I have seen one. Looks pretty sweet though. Triggers are tough, hardiness-wise I wouldnt be worried. Would be nice to have a first hand account of aggression though.

yeah i'm guessing its care is pretty similar to the others, i'm probably going to try and get an lfs to get me one cuhz apparently not all of them look like the one in the pic, and triggers personalities can vary a lot

btw, what are the chances that some softies wouldn't get raped in my tank?
