Now the columbians are about 1.5 inches long, when should I move them to the brackish tank. Thanks for the info.

Don't throw them directly into Brackish. Acclimate them slowly. I would recommend putting the Columbians into the 125 because they can get up to about 16-18 inches. Your gars look like florida gars and they'll only reach about 12 inches. But for the sharks start them in fresh and raise the SG about .002 per week so as not to destroy the beneficial bacteria in the tank. Gradually increase it so that 2-4 years down the road it's full marine. They start in freshwater when they are young and slowly work there way down rivers through estuaries and eventually become coastal marine around adulthood.

p.s. - If you havent done so already, throw in some frozen brine shrimp. THAT'S entertainment. :nilly:
