I have a jebao wp 60 in my 300g these things move a ton of water. The fish seem to enjoy it though. Another benefit to having one is during water changes. I have mine set up neer the bottom and leave it running during water changes to mix the water conditioner throughout the tank and mix the new water in as well. It helps prevent hot spots if your incoming water isn't the same temp as the tank water.
Powerhead? Circulation pump?
