I think I might have to try this.... Did you consider gluing the liner to the plywood to prevent wrinkles? I spent most of my work day going over this in my head and I think if you glue liner to each piece of wood before construction and then silicone all the seams it could come out really nice with no wrinkles. It's a fantastic looking tank regardless you just got me thinking.

looks simple... where did you get you glass? that's the only key missing to my 1200gal tank.

I decided to go with acrylic (Plexiglas) rather than glass. I got it from a local plastics company. You could get your glass from a local company that supplies and cuts glass. I have heard of some people taking an old cracked aquarium tank and using the glass from the sides that are not cracked (it was cheaper).
