Due to the sudden change of some stipulations to the Raffle, we would be experiencing a slight delay in the number picking thread. We need to work on some urgent changes now.

This is one of the minor changes to the raffle...as the government do not allow us to ride on the system of the TOTO...so we have to increase to 50 instead of 45.

We need to make changes in the last min due to some stipulations the Singapore Police Force gave us in regards to this raffle. We do not intend to happen that way too but we need to adhere to their stipulations to make this raffle an approved activity.

do not worry, i just got news that it would be release in a few mins now. The thread would be open in a few mins!
