Quiet and Energy Efficient Pump

I'm in the process of building a wet/dry sump and am looking for a submersible pump that can handle 4,000 to 5,000 gph, while also being relatively quiet (will be operating in a living space) and energy efficient. Obviously, reliability is a plus. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have a laguna maxflo 2900 that's silent and efficient, they make a 4200 model.

The Laguna MaxFlo are great pumps. Any submersed pump is quiet I believe

I am running two Jecod/Jebao 12000s. I would run two 15000s at lower than the highest speeds. Mine are in a living area and I can barely hear them.
