I've heard great things about kenfish, thought I give them a try. I never got my packages ordered, UPS says "shipped front door" I've called several times, and emailed several times to no avail. FM for giving kenfish a try! My order number is 91874 If anyone thinks I'm ranting for no reason.

Yeah, given the details I'd be ringing the postal service, it sounds like their problem not the supplier. Especially since the postal service says they've posted it but it hasn't been delivered... How is that the supplier's fault?

To the best of my knowledge kens only deals in dry goods and frozen foods.

on reread you are right, was thinking fish order for who knows what reason.

If they were sent ups, all those packages are insured. you need to get with ups and you will get money back... sounds like a ups problem not kens... although Ken's should get involved the process.
