Red devil is A. Labiatus, and I would be very, very surprised if these are pure labiatus. Usually to get pure labiatus you need to go through a reputable vendor. From the picture you provided, I can tell that place is not a reputable vendor of pedigreed locale-caught fish. So, they are some kind of hybrid. Midevil, mammon, parrot, whatever you want to call them, it's not a scientifically described species so really makes no difference.
In short, no they are not true red devils.

KKP, not RD, and not a true Red Mammon. The term "mammon" is overused to death these days, to describe almost everything from a regular parrot, to KKP, to SKKP. A true Red Mammon from the Happy Breed Farm in Taiwan comes with a certificate, and is micro-chipped. They also cost $1,000 or more, so at least in regards to ones wallet, it does make a difference as to what one is getting.

Here's a Kavalan Red Mammon for sale.

There are many high quality SKKP on the market, but IMO your fish, and the rest in that shop tank are KKP at best.

If you are happy with your purchase that's all that really matters.
