so it happened guys.. the day that I would dread occurred. I lost my 21.5” armatus due to a bacterial infection that wasn’t treated to fast/effective enough. Hard as hell to handle with care especially with those fangs... take a look at this beautiful beast... sure gonna miss her. I’m gonna taxidermy this one to join my GATF.

Sorry for your loss, they seem to do better with tannins in the water, but really not an easy fish to keep long term

greenerinks greenerinks how did you even identify the bacterial infection? Also, how were you trying to treat it? Just curious because obviously in a larger tank or with larger specimens it is hard to treat.
