you can but this would be an incorrect term, a coaker is a common saltwater fish in the drum family and not a freshwater drum.

Scientific name of the bullhead species you think it is please. I admit that I could be wrong. But the underhinged jaw and spotty color say flathead to me.

brown bullhead:Ameiurus nebulosus is the only bullhead that fits the bill
