Rubbermaid stock tank

Looking into a 150gal I just wish it was 4-6” shorter Anyone cut one down? I want to fit it under my stand but would be pretty tight getting into it to clean etc. just curious if anyone had cut one down to be a little shorter.. if it messed with it structurally?

They bow a lot already with the top perimeter brace so I can't imagine what it would look like without that even if you cut it shorter. I never took a tape measure to it but I think mine bowed out almost 2" when full, I know it was enough that the eggcrate and plastic I had cut as shelves for frags didn't fit anymore cause I had test fit them when the tank was empty. I guess you could brace it externally with some 2x4's or whatever.
