Well there is a wall around with a motorised gate. In suburbia though
The guy across from us has 7 garages on 2 plots with a double and triple story house respectively. There is also a tennis court on 4 of the garages
I would rather not. I dont want to be traced since bad stuff has happened to me over the internet before. Its pretty cool but he is apparently an ass, i only see him about once a year and thats when i catch him going out in a ferrari, and he always frowns. His wife is nice though.

Its all detached. People often buy a plot and build on it and sell it later on
Well it isnt astronomical. Usually a 4 bedroom house with some garden can go for 70-100 thousand USD. i am not 100% sure but housing is not too expensive here since labour is fairly cheap and a lot of development. The prices are for an area in a fairly well off area. I know there are 4 bedroom houses going for 300k in some areas
There are also 12000 or more farms for sale in my province if you are into that
