For a couple days my Oscar has been a little lazy, laying on the bottom a bit more than usual but I didn’t think much of it. Today I noticed his anal area is enlarged and he has buoyancy problems and won’t eat. My water parameters are perfect, water temp is 80f. Somebody please help with treatment

I try and lower the water level a lot more so it could lay upright on its side. Do some Epsom salts, 3 tbsp per 5g, and kanamycin. Keep the water clean with goal of having cycled water and nitrates blow 20 ppm.

Does the fish being upright help? If I can somehow hold the fish in an upright position ?

It reduces stress significantly. Helps recovery. You’re gonna have to hold it till it recovers. By lowering it then it can lay on its bottom and lean and perhaps stay upright. Can use plants/decor to wedge the fish against the bin or tank.

Since lowering the water hasn’t moved just laying on side breathing slowly. What do u recommend now? Should I just wait this out, doesn’t look like it will make it

It’s a waiting game. Treat with Epsom salts, kanamycin and cross your fingers for now.
