silver arowana in bad shape?

hey i bought a baby silver aro very resent from my LFS and i guess he in in very bad shape, his barbels have nicks in them, his tail fin is in bad shape. but i am most worried about his pectoral fin because it has holes. his about. 3 inches would it heal soon???
i dont know if you can see it but its on the right fin, its like a dot. theirs several more

I know nothing about aros, but damaged fins will heal really fast in clean balanced water. Keep the water parameters in check and keep up on water changes. Water quality is always the best medicine.

okay I will keep the water quality in good conditions but the holes is just some thing I never dealt with

I've never seen that before either. As long as they aren't caused by a parasite they should heal up fast.

Don't use charcoal in your filter media, remove it if you have it. Your fish should be fine, don't worry about it. Holes on finnages will heal up if your water parameters are spot on.
