my red tail catfish has a chin it looks unnatural and really strange and i've been worried now the catfish is only about 7-8 inchs and ive been telling myself it will disapear when he is bigger but its not also he has been eating some gravel also some extra stuff the tank is 75 gallons and has lots of worms tiny white worms
so my RTC has a big fat chin

Good indicative photos of the fish and the worms may help. The gravel and "some extra stuff" (?) might be removed if this problem is significant and hard to avoid.
Perhaps the tiny worms are the saprolegnia fungus growing on surfaces when the bacterial count in the water column is high (the system needs cleaning).
