so few weeks ago I was reading that he might not even get in trouble due to some technicality or something like that?
He's pleaded guilty and is Awaiting to be sentenced. The day his house was raided (as Borg is alluding to) subway cut him and all we knew was his business partner had been picked up for child pornography....and sure enough, few weeks later Jared pleads guilty to his own involvement.
What you hearing about a technicality? He was telling some woman his fantasies and what he's already done and the things he planned on doing. She reported it to the authorities. He hid it all on a flash drive and it took a drug dog trained to find electronics to find that thumb drive. Took them awhile but the dog found it. He had no choice but to plead guilty, was caught red handed
Borg, aren't arrest public records? Wouldn't the reason for his arrest have been known the day his house was raided? Or did they just raid and leave him be?
