other are from an isolated pond/creek that only connect to the river in the spring.
Today, in that pond I hook(not sure what to say when it is a rope lure with no hook) a fat 30''+ spotted that broke my net when I was trying to net it in.

it is a blue plastic stock tank that I got from a friend last year, the dried dead algae make it look white!

I know, if I keep fish in those my fish would be boiled in the summer. The highest temperature in this tank was about 85 when the air temp was 115 this summer!
