I speak from experience when I say wc retics are hard to keep. I had a pair both had parasites and both were an absolute pain to get off of live blackworms. If you can get past all that they are cool but that is a big hill to climb if you don't have much experience with freshwater fish... My recommendation is find a hystrix if you can I have a pair lined up and I'm absolutely pumped to get them. If you can afford the space there are far better beginner Rays that are very rewarding to keep!
