I am currently building a 3590 Gallon tropical predator pond. Will that be sufficient for a royal clown knofe fish. The pond is 12ft long 6-7 ft wide 5 feet deep. It is a raised pond.

I will try to get some decent pics from the knife fish lab i work at and put them up in here.

we have a few different south american knife fish most people have seen.

we have the already listed brown ghoats, eigamannia (glass), gold lines (we have a couple over a foot long)

My pics suck so i apologize but its the best i got. lab conditions arent the best to get good pics.

Just for right now, here is one species we have...

Adontosternarchus spp.
Also called "marbled" knifefish

There is two int he tank, one dark and one bright orange/yellow. unfortunately, the yellow one just recently killed the other one. These pics are about 4 months old, ill try to get newer ones when i can.

it sounds like you have the best job ever

Thought I'd post a picture or 2 of my bgk. He is a bit bigger as the picture was taken towards the end of last year.

2nd picture is of when he was first brought home

Went from probably 2" in size to 11-12 inches in a year and a half.
