Upset customer

Ordered two fish this week. $50 fish + $75 shipping.
He charged extra for shipping ($75 actual v.s. $42 Fedex quote). But the packing was poor, even without a cartoon box!
One DOA, one died soon (hardly breathing when arrived, I tried my best to save it).
Refunded $25 for the DOA. I am very upset with my experience. Spent $100 for two died fish bodies.

Have you talk to Alex.I have bought most of my fish from him and he is a stand up guy.It looks like the shipping company is to blame.Come on,no business man would ship it that way.Please let us know the out come of this.I'm sure things can be work out.

contact the vendor to see they'll make it right. most small business people would rather not get bad publicity.

you reported 1 doa, you got a refund for that doa. I will not give a credit for a fish that died the next day, sorry. My packing is perfect, always is. As for the shipping charge, he could have when with usps for half the money, he choise fed-ex for $75,
