that's exactly where Mem got the idea, was Joey's tank. We get asked about this idea all the time on DIYFishkeeper.com using 55gallon tanks to build it, same answers given there, yes it can be done, eurobracing is required. 1/4" glass can be used to make a 200+ gallon tank, not recommended but it can be done with no problems if done right. My 240 gallon plywood and glass tank is a prime example of one that has been up and running for almost 2 years with no problems.
