Could be the background, or just a large amount of dissolved organics in the water. How much waterchanging do you do?

I would be more worried about how big that Pangasius catfish will get.

thats what I'm thinking. The background or rock. The rock is like a yellowish color but I do once a week water changes and every time I clean as much as I can from the rock.

I've had that guy for over 2 years now and it's grown very very slow for me. Doesn't even eat any live fish. Only pellets
I wouldnt think they would eat live fish much given their more placid nature. Not really a fish for aquariums anyway

How much weekly

That species should grow over 4 foot.
Apparently rarely over 3 in aquariums, but still a tank buster
