Weeksii or buetikofferi a.k.a gold dust??

Im trying to decide which one i should get a weeksii or buetikofferi(gold dust). Which one you guys preffer and why. What is good and bad between the two??

Buettikoferi. They have much more elaborate patterns, and can look really nice. They've always been a personal favorite of mine. Weeksii are good to, but not as good as buettikoferi. Not really good or bad reasons it's really just more of a preference thing.

I like gold dust as they are more active. Got both and my weeksii hides all the time.

Pattern or color wise I like the gold dust.

Weeksi get an awesome headshape and get huge. One of the to-get on my list of upper jawed to aquire.

Ive had two gold dust over the years and sold them both but Ive kept my weeksii through it all. It is a slooooooooooow grower but just so cool with the fat head. It is shy compared to my others but if you are doing multiple bichirs then no big deal.

Thanks guys, what about aggression?? Heard that weeksii is more aggresive than gold dust.

My weeksii is super calm and I have zero aggression issues. Has got along with tons of different polys and never had any problems.

I like them both but the fathead weeeksii alot more than the buet, they look better to me. I have both tho my buet is awesome special thanks to dr.B

The store that ordered my del had two gold dust even small both were beautifully patterned. The one my dels size was $45. The other was a bit bigger than fat crayola crayon(like little kids use) and he is $69 . I am sorely tempted
