hi i came home to find one of my silver dollar dead , i took him out and felt one of his side very hard like metal so i cut him open and was i shocked a piece of mental with black line over it , its about 1inch long and 1inch wide thickness like paper , i dont have a camara but i rang my sister who is coming over tommorow with a camara so i can take some photo , im so shocked and scard its like some kind of chip i never seen , i am now woundering what i can do to find what this thing is . My silver dollar is only 4inch long and the mouth its small how is it possible

Seriously though, where was the metal at? In the stomach? Under the skin? The only thing I can think of that would be close is a piece of foil that covers frozen cubes. But even those are maybe only 1/2" squares.
