What’s wrong with the belly of this fish?

I don’t know what happened. Water parameters are all good, No aggressive tank mates, fish eats and properly and no behavior changes.

Some more info from you will definitely go a long way in figuring out what happened. Can you post the exact water parameters in the tank? And list all the tankmates? How long have you had the fish?

Maybe just a bad scrape. Would separate and make sure it eats. Doesn’t look bad yet. Keep water clean.

Might be an ulceration such as a bacterial ulceration. Does it have a "cottony" appearance? I've seen Oscars with bacterial ulcerations; less commonly a fungal infection.

appreciate you all.
I had the fish for 3 months already.
water cycled properly. Ammonia 0, nitrite 0 and nitrate 0. Ph level is 7.2. Tank mates are oscars , Texas cichlids and parrot blood. All are doing well. Just repositioned the driftwood were they staying at and now that you mentioned heater burn, I just noticed the wood is too close to the heater.
