I’d love a tank big enough to comfortably house a shoal of pacu as the centerpiece. From there I’d add a whole lot of Amazon fish to fill it out.

That or a nice big shark tank.

This layout below is nice and relatively simple to achieve. I've seen fast riverbed versions with waterfalls and rocky cascades using endless loops from
high volume pumps too.

Distressingly I've also seen this flooded house in Thailand. Similar but so different!lake aquarium.jpgimage001.jpg

Been keeping aquariums since I was 10yrs old and when it comes to my dream tank, I used to dream pretty darn big -ex/ 5000gal in-wall fully scaped new world cichlid tank. But I can appreciate what I will be getting soon which is the 750gal setup I have coming around next month or more likely March. So this is the 'dream tank' I'll be ending up with but I guarantee I won't be complaining about it.
