because i have been using the straw method for many years, i am a bit more experienced with them. because of this, i use different straws for different tanks, ranging from a coffee stirrer in my nano tanks, to a bubble tea straw for my tanks 6' and over.

if you want a good universal straw, i would go with a blue JITB straw. (you get them free with purchase of an oreo cookie shake. (well worth the $5 investment)

i try to stay away from flex straws and crazy straws. while it makes for a nicer display, it is much more difficult to factor in "straw head".

"straw head" i love this website!!

filters in the sig.
