What happen to my ray ? Pls help

Whats the tank decor? Could it have injuried itself on some wood or other ornament? Is it at least eating?

I just got this fish only 10 days . So only in plain tank with 2 over head filter . Today i gave him alive shrimp and he's eating 2-3 of them .

I have had good luck with seachems paragaurd for treating fungus.... if you can get it I would give it a shot..

any info you wanna add to this statement its kinda pointless unless there is more to it... when lots of people use a lil salt with there rays
