What is this? Jade eye?

The LFS wanted rid. Apparently came from a tank full of hybrids. My first thought was convict/jade eye. May not even be a hybrid, but iv been out of the game for a long while.
Any idea’s guys?

Looks like a pure amatitlania sajica to me. Of course, when the origin is unknown, and it came from a tank full of hybrids, there is a chance it's a hybrid that just looks a lot like sajica. But my guess would still be pure bred sajica.

I’m guessing as there’s yellow in the fins it’s likely to be female?

Hard to say as the color looks a little bit washed out at the moment, usually I look for black blotch going from middle of sajica into dorsal fin, to look for a female
My guess for this fish would be male
