What other species of fish can live in saltwater aquarium?

I have heard monos and mollies have known experiments to live in both salt and freshwater,

since I experienced fresh before now I’m moving to salt.

I wonder if other species will live/survive both waters instead the two species that I’ve heard

I am also willing to add an angelfish too lol!

I would say saltwater fish could.

Trying freshwater fish would be cruel.

Mayan cichlids, vieja maculicauda, most of the genus poecilia, pretty sure scatophagus too, all can be acclimated to salt. Don't just dump them in though.

Also don't do Moorish idols. Extremely hard to feed.

In my experience, it's easier to just do a fish only saltwater setup with actual saltwater species than to try and acclimate freshwater species to salt, if you're already concerned about how you'll do keeping saltwater.

I used to keep big Archers and Monos in full saltwater (SG 1.020)
I also had one of those silver shark cats. awesome fish all of them. I had them in a 65g

Most of the "brackish" species readily adapt to full salt water conditions. Please don't try freshwater fish in a saltwater tank.

That's because monos aren't freshwater fish in the first place.
