Whats the scoop on this algae?

My 75 has experienced sudden algae growth and I am simply wondering if it is normal or harmful. This is the first tank that I've even lightly planted and I have a marineland double bright LED on it. Some of the plants are slow growers but most have literally taken off. I read somewhere that slow growing plants under a lot of light can cause algae growth. Anyway, help/answers appreciated! Look like diatoms, I wouldn't worry about it.
They tend to disappear on their own but you can speed it up by manually cleaning it off and vaccing it out.

Yeah it has been cycling for around 2 weeks (using stability now as well)

This is normal algae for a tank thats going through the cycle process. Just leave it be and it will go away on its own. But it is Diatoms.
