I search with ai about it. not white spot, possibility fungal infection.
search google about it... not the same?

I’d agree it looks like damage from an injury - what are the tankmates? Any sharp edges for it to injure itself on?

well, it's also a new fish from buying, already there upon arriving
(I order a snakehead and a eel, not them!)

alright, thank for the info. these can 'clear' with good water & aquarium salt I suppose?

Should clear with food and clean water. Don’t need the salt but can add it.
