Hi,
Found a local person today that had 2 Florida Gars living with their Red Belly Piranhas and wanted to get rid of them, obviously the poor Florida Gars are a little nipped up and one has a little bit of his front right nostral missing. The one that's beak is a little torn up is still eating, but I'm keeping an especially close eye on him.

The one bigger one is 8" and the smaller is 6". Should they be ok in my 40 gallon for now until I set-up a 75 for them in the next couple weeks? The tank is a breeder tank so they have room to turn around for now.

Sorry I can't find my good digital camera, all these photos are taken off an old Kodak EasyShare POS, otherwise the coloration and patterns of each would probably look a lot better and less fuzzy :screwy:

Yea I called the LFS to talk to the owner about their mixup but he isn't in till tomorrow, hopefully he can clear up the confusion....

I painted the back and sides true blue today and changed my decorations. Took some more pics of the new look, hope you enjoy..
