but look at HarleyK's threads... he has a nice small one going good...read his thread i also have some large scale things im part of if you need anything more specific... just make sure you have good drainage on the bottom of the container...

This is who I buy from.
There are instructions on the web site.
I keep my worms in the garage in a large plastic storage tub (rectangle).
I feed them peat moss, grits, and various fruit and vegetable peelings.

I get the african night crawlers becasue they are bigger and beed fast.
The fish love them.

Biggest advice do not turn out the light over the wurm farm they will all climb out!!!!!I cant even put lids on the containers or they are all over the floor.

Read somewhere to feed them laying mash from the feed store.It was cheap and is working out well.I throw eggshells in there too.Youre supposed to use coffee grounds as well but I dont drink the stuff.

Well, no worms crawled out. Time for the feeding. I'm going with cucumber for now. I need to get a tiller for turning soil.

its not supposed to smell allot of people even keep it in their kitchen, basement will do but they need to stay in a temp ranging from 55-77. a basement would work if you have one
