my cousin saw a mother manta ray get killed in a boat prop and lived by the coast and was diving and found a baby manta ray that belonged to the dead manta ray and took it in and cleared it with the conservation police to save the manta ray now its three years and it reached sexually maturate and is trying to breed with his rays in his 810 gallon tank any idea if it will work?

Same here, I've never heard of them being kept either. At any rate, no the manta ray wouldn't be compatible with whatever other rays are being kept in the tank with it. Also, all studies done on these rays show the don't reach sexual maturity until they reach a size of about 15+ feet across... and I don't think a 810g would be able to hold a monster that size. Keep in mind that these rays have the potential to get twice that size full grown, and something that size is going to need a HUGE ****ing tank.

Also, manta rays have live birth with babies averaging about 4 feet across. A baby manta ray could fend for itself and survive without a problem, I don't understand why the "conservation police" would allow it to be taken into captivity to live in a hobbyist's tank.
