i have a 9 inch albino channa striata and i had that foo since he was only 2 inch 3 months ago. when i first got him, i put him in the same tank with the 3 inch tiger oscar. The oscar punked the SH for like 2 months until it got to 6 inch. Oscar is about 5 inch now.
The weird thing is i added a albino oscar, albino clown knife, pacu and a pleco in the tank also.
I would've thought the SH will murder the newcomers but instead he picks on the tiger oscar only.
Now its to a point that the oscar's body is full of scratches and alot of visible wounds...
The question is... is it normal for things like this to happen?
its funny because he lets all the other fish eat the feeder fish with him but he absolutely refuse to share with the tiger oscar and drives him to the corner of the tank and make sure he doesn't move...
anywaise give me some info.
depending on how things go, i would prolly be giving the tiger oscar away before he dies from stress or gets eaten.
