Looks awsome!!! tho IMO id lose the UGF's there just a breeding trap for problems
I disagree they are great for biological filtration............The UGF system is running 2 large Hagen PowerHeads which is also a great source for oxygen and water flow...In addition i'm running 2 AC110 HOB Filters and a Magnum 350 as a polishing unit.....The dovii's water is crystal clear and the parameters are perfect. The one thing about dovii's is that they require really clean water conditions when they get big and their colors will show you just how comfortable they are in thir tank and as you can see my male looks outstanding with both shape and color...Thanks for the comment..............
Thank You, I strongly suggest feeding your dovii Hikari Gold and a good dose of beefheart and bloodworms daily and their colors will look great. Also PowerGlo Lighting does wonders. I have on this tank a 4ft. Strip with 2 48" Bulbs and 3- 24" Bulbs all PowerGlo's............They really bring his colors out. Also both my tanks have black vinyl on the back and sides.........
