who doesnt vacumn out their tanks?? lol...it doesnt seem to be affecting any of my fish at all
how would you got about cleaning it out..would you just use a big net or something...??

Using a large net is helpful for cleaning out large materials that have settled to the bottom of the pond. if there is a very large amount of in the pond you should be careful to either remove the fish or use some sort of aeration to avoid creating significant oxygen deprivation due to stirring it up as it can cause oxygen deprivation. If you notice a rotten egg smell. You should immediately stop stirring up the bottom and get the fish out of the water as soon as possible before continuing with the cleaning. I have a pond vac a simple way of vacuuming the bottom of the pond.Or use a pump capable of handling solids like a sump pump
