I got the whole weekend off and wanna maybe go somewhere in the
northeast where they have a pretty big exhibit with many of the amazon
fishes, like oscars, pacus, chiclids...

Anyone with suggestions?

:)

The Adventure Aquarium in Camden NJ is worth a trip. You'd have to go to Chicago or Atlanta to find better. To tell you the truth Shark Aquarium in Hillside NJ is right outside of NYC and has pretty much every fish you could ever want.

The Baltimore Aquarium's Amazon exhibit is pretty amazing......they have a 30 inch arowana and all kinds of huge pacus, giant aromored catfish, motoro and leopoldi rays, huge plecos, big cichlids, and a lot of cool other oddballs, not to mention the turtles and caiman in the tanks too.......that exhibit is so cool:headbang2 ...........
