first ph shold be 7.0 and read the post "angels" by dirty old man i put a big long post in that one all about how to breed angels.

PH is not that important for Angelfish breeding. They can be bred in PH that is acidic as well as Alkaline. They also breed in soft as well as hard water. You don't even need RO water. Tap water will do.
The exception is breeding Wild caught Altum Angels. If you don't have these you should be just fine.
