sorry to hear that... but when i had my apartment which was a 1977 built one, and i live in the second floor. the only tank i had was my 29 gal eclipse that was given to me. that's it. i don't want to take a risk. better safe than sorry. now i can have as big as i want :) just be patient. somethings we just need to wait and have.:)
