SO do not kill me because the bad pics or the dirty glass and aglae but this tank has been at my old roomates hosue since i moved out over a year ago and I am finally taking my lazy *** over to get it but i took some pics of the thing today when i was there to show off some of my sweet africans there are a few south americans in it as well i couldnt get pics of all of them because they like to Hide from "tuffy" of who i will post his pic last because he is my favorite african cichlid that i have ever owned as is named because he will not take crap from anything and bullys everyone else in with him all the time so heres the crappy pics

Melanochromis chipoke (tuffy) yeah I had one before, male just like yours, they are just pure bastards. I bought my out of a show tank at a LFS when he went on a rampage and killed 9 fish in the tank in one day. Got him for a $1 cause they wanted rid of him.

I didn't have any problems with it when I got it though. He was the boss of my 55 as well. Yours is a nice one too, rottbo.
 
That is an outrageous price for one. My LFS sells them for like $4 a piece for that size. No wonder you don't go there.


Yeah let them establish a territory and I don't think there is any cichlid that they won't stand up to.
 
Ahh, polystigma, ok. How big is she, if she is full grown. My male was pushing 17in before I lost him.
